Sparta Grilled chicken Is a casual, self service, Greek restaurant specializing in traditional Greek grilled chicken and chicken souvlaki , with a Montreal touch.

Since it’s inception at our Westmount location, Sparta has acquired a reputation for serving a fresh product, with an emphasis on quality, to montrealers and visitors alike.

We also take great pride in being able to cater to people from all walks of life, representative of the mosaic, fabric and dynamic of our society.

At Sparta we exclusively, use fresh grain-fed , air-chilled halal chicken , of the highest quality.
